Working alongside Partner David Cass, Donal brings a complementary executive perspective that further enhances Parva’s integrated, practitioner-led approach.
Donal brings over 25 years of senior programme leadership experience across Financial Services in Ireland and the UK. His background spans insurance and banking, with a track record of delivering large-scale change programmes across multiple European markets. He has led enterprise-wide initiatives for tier-one clients through senior advisory roles, covering finance and business transformation, digital enablement, and operating model redesign. This experience gives him a strong perspective on supporting clients and developing propositions in highly regulated environments.
