An international Loan & Leasing company selected Parva Consulting to oversee a digital transformation initiative that would enable all its business divisions to function under a unified framework, while being locally compliant.

OBJECTIVES:

Implement a common operating model (platforms, processes, products) for all business units where the client is active
Develop an integrated and solid solution leveraging specific functionalities of different systems
Standardize the reporting (balance sheets, local market forecasts, financial data, …) that each business unit provides to the central Head Office

Make the target platforms compliant with local regulation (Loan sharking, AML, Regulatory Reporting, Credit Quality, …)

THE RESULTS
