Alan Chute joins Parva Consulting Ltd. as an Associate Partner, expanding our leadership team in Dublin.

Alan brings over twenty years’ experience working with domestic and multinational organisations across the Financial Services industry and joins Parva to help grow its business footprint in Ireland with a focus on servicing the Insurance and Banking segment. He has a strong record meeting client needs and adds to the Parva team’s knowledge base in the areas of Programme & Change Management, General Insurance, Life & Pensions, Banking and Risk & Regulation.

He started his career in Retail Banking, in client facing consultancy roles before moving into the General Insurance sector with AIG in a delivery role for European offices. He has worked in the Insurance, Life and Pensions and Investment Markets areas since 2008, delivering programmes of work for clients in the regulatory, product launch, operational improvement, and business model change areas. Most recently Alan has worked within Bank of Ireland’s wealth and insurance division, delivering strategic and regulatory programmes of work over the past five years.

Alan also brings experience in the public sector space, having consulted for the Irish and Australian governments in change management and strategic planning roles. He has worked in Dublin, Belfast, UK, and Australia as well across Europe on projects in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal.
