New office in Ireland for Parva Consulting: “Expanding international consultancy reach in Europe”

From Milan, the excellence of Management Consulting to Financial Services also comes to Dublin

Milan, Dublin, 17 September 2018 – Parva Consulting SpA, an Italian company dedicated to Financial Services consultancy, announced the opening of a new office in Dublin starting from September 2018.

The presence of a local team in Ireland, a key market for Parva’s customers, will expand the Company’s international offering and support Global Customers who have an operational footprint in Ireland, and strengthen its capacity to respond to needs of the UK & Ireland market.

Between Milan and Dublin, the team will work as a one team, with the aim of bringing the most suitable skills to each project. In Ireland, as in Italy, the Parva team will work with International clients, local financial institutions, and Italian operators present in the territory.

The focus of activities will be those specific skills that made Parva well known in Italy: Providing Project, Program and Change Management support to Asset Management, Securities Services and Insurance clients.

The addition of Stephen O’Brien, a new partner who will manage the Dublin office, will allow Parva to further strengthen these skills by enriching them with his experience in Program Management and Business Transformation. He joins the 4 Senior Partners who since 2005 lead a team of over 35 consultants in Parva.
